How Gender has replaced Sex in schools

The aim of this blog is to document the instances where and reasons why the protected characteristic of Sex is or has been changed to Gender in school policy documents in Wales. Children, it seems, are no longer protected from sex discrimination but instead they are protected on the basis of their gender. School management teams (and councils), in their rush to be seen to as fair and aware of equality needs, have been dragged down the path of gender identity politics by advisors who want to do away with the idea of sex based exemptions as stated in the EA 2010.

I want to show how this is happening and why it is dangerous for schools to blindly walk this path.
