here we have a school which correctly lists sex as a protected characteristic in their equality report. And had a commitment to training about the equality act

This is the first School so far which has correctly listed ‘sex’ as a protected characteristic. Though a short while later they have changed it to gender in the same document And then I discovered their most up to date policy
